SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1. Once your communication has been received, we will agree a date & time for a home-improve.co.uk representative to visit your home for a free consultation to discuss your requirements and thoughts.
   
   
2. We will then issue a free & no obligation estimate within 2 working days. This will detail what we do, how much it will cost and the projects start date.
   
   
3. If you approve of the estimate, we will need written confirmation of your acceptance and a deposit of between 25% to 50% (of the total cost), depending on the size of the project.
   
   
4. Work will then start on the agreed date. Once the refurbishment project is at the halfway stage, a payment of 25% (of the total cost) will be required.
   
   
5. Customers only pay the final balance once they are happy with the satisfactory completion of the project.
   
   
6. All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
